Shipping policy

All standard domestic shipping is a $5.50 flat fee. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Turnaround time is 1-10 business days (excludes weekends + holidays) once your order is placed. 

Samantha Marie & Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package did not get delivered, please reach out to your local post office. Route Shipping insurance can be added to your order before the purchase is complete.

 Samantha Marie & Co. is not responsible for any international duties or fees. Buyer is responsible for any customs taxes, fees, or duties once the package arrives in the country.

It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct information. If your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us ASAP to make the necessary changes. Once your order has shipped, or a shipping label was created for your order, we will not be able to make any adjustments.
