Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy: 
 If there is an issue with your order, contact us ASAP and we will do everything we can to make things right. 
Because all of our bows are made-to-order, returns are not accepted at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We, Samantha Marie & Co., need to be contacted within 4 days of you receiving the product. 

Refunds
If your product is defective and shown with picture proof, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
