If there is an issue with your order, contact us ASAP and we will do everything we can to make things right.
Because all of our bows and clothes are handmade, and made-to-order, returns are not accepted at this time.
Clothing Policy:
All Clothing is sewn in-house (with the exception of our bamboo line). Customer is responsible for measuring the child the clothing is intended for. An accurate size chart can be found on each listing. Clothing measurements can vary from company to company, please reference the size chart we have listed to ensure an accurate fit.
Returns for clothing are not accepted.
All clothing sales are FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We, Samantha Marie & Co., need to be contacted within 4 days after delivery date.
